This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced admin assistant to join our happy and busy team, working in a diverse and outstanding inner-city Nursery School & Children’s Centre.
Our setting is also the Bristol Early Years Hub, offering high quality professional learning and development, leading networks.

We are seeking to appoint a team member who:
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and experience of a customer focused environment
- Takes delight in working with diverse communities
- Is highly organised and able to complete tasks effectively
- Shows initiative and is solution focused
- Good with numbers
- Is IT literate and has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Thrives on responsibility and new challenges
- Will be one of our champions, and have ambition for our setting

Working Hours25 hours per week - 8am-1pm Monday to Friday (start time non-negotiable)
£16,380 actual salary (£21,352 rising to £22,793 in April 2026 full-time equivalent)
