* Deliver engaging lessons following the school curriculum

* Support learning across Key Stage 1, 2, 3, or 4 depending on placement

* Maintain classroom management and positive behaviour

* Adapt to different classes and teaching environments

* Receive guidance and support from experienced staff and M&M Supply consultants

Requirements

* Qualified as an NQT (QTS achieved within the last 12–18 months)

* Strong communication and classroom management skills

* Flexible, reliable, and professional

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
