Early Years Foundation Stage Nurture Specialist (EYFS)

Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer a rewarding opportunity for an EYFS Nurture Specialist to work across some of our wonderful schools in the Bristol area.
In this role, you’ll become an essential part of shaping children’s early learning experiences. Working alongside dedicated teachers and support staff, you’ll help create a warm, nurturing environment where young learners feel safe, confident, and ready to explore the world around them.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Support class teachers in delivering EYFS learning, adapting activities to suit individual needs.
- Provide both 1:1 and small-group support, particularly for children with SEN.
- Track progress and share meaningful feedback with staff and families.
- Foster a secure, caring atmosphere that encourages emotional well‑being and independence.

- A flexible, child‑centred approach that adapts to a wide range of needs.
- Experience working in Early Years (Nursery or Reception).
- Knowledge of PECs

, or other communication strategies (desirable). - A natural ability to connect with young children and support their social and emotional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
