• Lead and manage the Mathematics Department, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning.
• Drive curriculum development, assessment strategies, and pupil achievement.
• Support and develop staff through effective leadership and professional development.
• Manage departmental resources and budgets efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.
