You'll deliver industry-standard training to new entrants, helping them develop the skills, mindset, and safety awareness needed to thrive onsite. No teaching experience? No problem. If you bring the scaffolding expertise, we'll provide the training and qualifications to get you classroom ready. The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' site experience with a valid CISRS card, a level 2 in Scaffolding or held CISRS Advanced for at least 5 years.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced scaffolder to put something back into the trade and help develop the next generation.
The Role Deliver practical and theory-based scaffolding and access training Create a safe, engaging learning environment that mirrors real site standards Support learners with their technical, maths, English, and digital skills Track and review learner progress and support them towards success Coach, mentor and inspire the next wave of scaffolders
The Person NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Scaffolding Minimum 10 years' site experience with a valid CISRS card Confident communicator with a passion for the trade Willing to complete a Level 3 teaching qualification (fully funded) Committed to safety, professionalism and learner success
