At Knowle Park Primary School, we are looking for a resilient, dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support classroom learning and children who require 1:1 support.

You will be passionate about working with our children and ideally have SEND experience.

This will be within Key Stage 2, but you may be used across both Key Stages.

Knowle Park Primary School Work Pattern:
Mon to Fri, Term Time Only (39 weeks a year)

Hours:

Full Time, 30 Hours (08.30am - 03.30pm, with a one hour lunch break)

Contract:

Fixed Term (until 31 August 2027 or earlier if funding ceases)
Pay Scale: BG5, to be pro-rata'd

We are looking for the following skills:

• Enthusiasm and passion around working with children and helping them achieve
• Reliability and good organisational skills
• An understanding of the National Curriculum
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience of working with children with SEN
