Permanent, 13 hours over 2 days. TTO.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Team Leader to work in the early education and childcare provision at Bannerman Road Children’s Centre.
Responsibilities- Lead and support a staff team to manage the care needs and education of a group of children within a key person structure, promoting good practice and setting high standards as a role model for children, parents and staff.
- Have line management responsibilities and be the senior member of staff on site, with a broad knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- Work closely with parents and other professionals to ensure the needs of the child are met.
- Qualified to Level 3 with leadership and SENCO experience, flexible and reflective.
- Experience in early education and childcare provision.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
