Become a Level 2 Team Teach Specialist with Our Partner Schools

We're seeking a skilled Level 2 Team Teach Specialist to join one of our Outstanding Ofsted-rated partner schools in the Fishponds area. This role is ideal for someone with proven SEN experience who is confident supporting pupils with significant and varied disabilities, ensuring they receive the care, encouragement, and personalised learning they deserve.

You’ll be joining a highly supportive environment with a strong focus on professional development, wellbeing, and collaborative practice.

Who You’ll Be Supporting

Students across the school present a wide range of needs, including:

  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Complex and additional needs

The school spans five specialist provisions:
Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form
, and a Behaviour Support Centre
.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Hold Level 2 Team Teach certification (essential)
  • Have previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN
  • Are confident managing challenging behaviour using de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Can deliver personalised 1:1 or 2:1 support
  • Communicate clearly and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Bring enthusiasm, resilience, and a proactive approach to every day
  • Believe in inclusive education and continuous professional growth
