This role is ideal for a senior leader with a passion for raising standards, supporting staff development, and driving whole-school improvement.

• Support the Principal in providing strategic leadership and direction for the school.
• Lead on key areas of school improvement, including teaching and learning, behaviour, attendance, or curriculum development.
• Promote and maintain high standards of behaviour, achievement, and safeguarding.
• Line-manage middle and senior leaders, supporting professional development and performance.
• Act as a visible and positive role model for staff and students.
• Contribute to whole-school self-evaluation and improvement planning.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety policies.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a Secondary School.
• Strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes for students.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire, challenge, and support staff at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, curriculum, and school accountability.
• Passion for education and a commitment to inclusive, student-centred leadership.
