Interior Designer - 6‑Month Contract

Bristol | Office Interiors | £40-45k Equivalent | Full-Time

A leading specialist in workplace creative design, space planning, and commercial fit‑out is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join the team on a flexible 6‑month contract. The organisation delivers projects from initial client brief through concept development, detailed design, and final implementation, with a strong track record of creating high‑impact office environments.

This position is ideal for a creative, confident, and technically capable designer who thrives in a fast‑paced commercial design setting. You will work across a variety of office interior projects, producing innovative concepts and fully detailed technical packages.

• Develop conceptual design schemes aligned with client briefs
• Create furniture, finishes, and materials specifications
• Prepare compelling client presentations and visualisations
• Produce detailed construction drawings and setting‑out information
• Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors
• Support on‑site project installation to maintain design intent
• Attend showroom visits to stay informed on trends and product developments

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an architectural practice or workplace design specialist
• Strong portfolio showcasing office interior projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Confident presenting design concepts to clients
• Degree in Interior Design

• Fluent in AutoCAD
• Strong visualisation capabilities using relevant software

• Competitive equivalent salary: £40,000‑£45,000, depending on experience
• Full‑time 6‑month contract
