Senior Architect

Our vibrant, central London office is looking for a Senior Architect with cross‑sector experience to join the team and help grow the business.

We are looking for someone to become part of our talented team, to lead projects and deliver design‑led solutions, positively impacting the built environment. If you have a range of architectural experience delivering across sectors and at all stages we'd like to meet you.

Knowledge:

• A competent understanding of building design and construction
• Understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, communication, utility, plumbing, and/ or architectural specialty systems/ components
• Good knowledge of the statutory instruments controlling your work
• Good understanding of environmental implications in the design and construction process
• Knowledge of the majority of standard forms of construction
• Knowledge of Principal Designer responsibilities

Skills:

• Advanced familiarity with Revit
• The ability to analyse programmatic requirements and site and budget restraints to produce designs that address project criteria
• The ability to develop project directives, outlines, and strategies to meet pertinent building/ construction rules and regulations
• Preparing and delivering presentations
• Exemplary communication skills
• Team management capabilities
• Exemplary organisation / task management
• High levels productivity
• High level of problem solving and analytical thinking
• Relationship building
