You’ll be working on a cross sector of projects such as; commercial workplace, higher education, student residential and PRS.
Ideally, you’ll be competent in Revit and capable of supporting junior and senior interiors/architectural teams in the design process, focusing predominantly on managing all technical design stages from concept through to completion.

KeySkills:
- Experience in delivering projects through RIBA stages, with strong experience in working on RIBA stages 3, 4 & 5
- Proven track record of complex projects within interior design
- Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to work independently on tasks as well as part of a team
- Proactive with a high level of productivity and self-motivation
- Good independent organisational skills/task management
- High quality of work
- Proficiency with Revit and other design software
- Strong understanding of statutory instruments controlling design including current UK building regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent product knowledge within commercial interior design, with good knowledge of developments in material and furniture product specification
- The ability to produce detailed specification documents and schedules
- Strong technical skills and the ability to communicate ideas through detailed drawing packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Manage all technical design stages from concept through to completion
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to maintain design accuracy and quality
- Understanding of installation methods, sequencing, and tolerances
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage complex designs and deliver buildable, compliant solutions
- Manage workload independently across multiple live projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
