Senior Designer

Role Description

This full-time Senior Designer role is an on‑site position based in Haddenham. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating detailed facade system designs, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and functionality. Key tasks include developing detailed drawings, evaluating design feasibility, and ensuring all designs meet industry standards and project specifications. The role also involves overseeing design documentation and contributing to innovative design solutions for various projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit
• Strong understanding of facade systems, including rainscreen, cladding, and associated elements
• Knowledge of construction details, technical drawings, and materials relevant to facade design
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to evaluate design feasibility and address challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with safety standards, building regulations, and industry compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; relevant work experience in facade design is preferred
