- Experience as a housing layout designer, with a flair for both modern and traditional styles.
- 3D freehand drawing skills to bring layouts to life.
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning standards.
- A passion for collaboration – you'll work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams including large planning, master planning and landscape teams.
- The ability to manage projects of all sizes, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
- Business development drive – you'll help showcase our integrated design services to clients.
