Senior Urban Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Urban Designer to work for this Bristol-based specialist working on residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.

Working at both outline planning and detailed design stages they are looking to recruit an experienced Urban Designer to design and manage these projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years post qualified experience gained in a design practice working on urban design and master planning projects.

Experience in designing detailed residential layouts and masterplans, street elevations and land budget plans is a requirement for the role. Evidence of report writing for DAS and Design Code documents is also essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have excellent written, verbal and graphic communication and be proficient in the use of Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite and hand-drawing.
