Clinical Mentor Dentist

Here at Dental care Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Clinical Mentor Dentist to join our friendly and professional team in Dental care Winterbourne. We are an NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care., As a Clinical Mentor Dentist, you will:

• Work 3 days per week (flexible days to suit your schedule)
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to up to 3 overseas-qualified dentists
• Assess clinical performance and professionalism in line with NHS standards
• Liaise with the clinical leadership team and practice manager to ensure smooth integration
• Offer pastoral support and guidance to dentists during their NHS induction
• Attend relevant training and meetings as required

Are you an experienced NHS dentist with a passion for mentoring and clinical development? We are working with a forward-thinking dental group to recruit a Clinical Mentor Dentist to support a new training scheme for overseas-qualified dentists.

• Full GDC registration and an active NHS performer number
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in UK general dental practice
• A genuine interest in education, mentoring, and professional development
• Prior experience in teaching or supervision is desirable but not essential
