37.5 hours per week. Shifts will be set between 8am‑10pm Monday to Friday, 9‑6 Saturday and Sunday.

Job OverviewAs a member of our expanding team at Teleperformance, you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities within your role.
- You will be the first point of contact to assist customers with their online subscription enquiries and account management.
- You will play a key role in providing information and support to a global customer base, creating a unique customer experience through inbound calling, webchat, and email.
- You will start your day signing into your systems, ensuring you are ready for the day ahead.
- You will engage with a variety of customers who have questions regarding their online subscription.
- You will troubleshoot/progress and use effective questioning and active listening to resolve issues such as subscriptions, payments and online accounts – this could mean tweaking a package or a complete overhaul, working closely with your customer to agree on a suitable solution.
- Working in a fast‑paced, targeted environment you will strive to achieve, always looking to maximise opportunities and stay on your A‑game at all times.
- With an hour of rest time (30 minutes lunch and two 15‑minute breaks) you will always have time to catch up with friends, grab something to eat, or take a walk.
You get two weeks of classroom‑based training (paid) followed by two further weeks in our graduation bay, where you will take your first live calls and receive full support from experienced team members.
