• Educate customers about our solar energy solutions and help them discover the benefits of going green.
• Schedule consultations and follow-ups with potential customers to help them take the next steps toward solar energy.
• Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude and ensure their experience is nothing short of stellar.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer interactions in our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passionate communicator with a knack for connecting with people!
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the energy or tech sector.
• Strong listening skills and a talent for problem-solving with a smile.
• Familiarity with solar energy products is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential!
• Ability to navigate CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
