OverviewVita Student’s next‑level apartment design offers a variety of studios to suit students’ lives. We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home‑from‑home experience for our residents.
Responsibilities- Front of House/Reception – greet and welcome students and guests with a warm, friendly, vibrant attitude.
- Answer questions that may arise.
- Ensure facilities are respected by residents and guests.
- Maintain upkeep of premium site & facilities; communal areas must be cleaned to a high standard at all times.
- Deliver solutions to issues or challenges that arise.
- Conduct block walks every 4–6 hours, survey and report on each area of the building.
- Replenish refreshment stock (coffee, tea, milk, vending machine food products).
- Manage & store parcels correctly for student access.
- Act as primary point of contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
- Maintain waste management areas in accordance with health & safety regulations.
- Experienced in customer service with a premium focus.
- Hands‑on, proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
- Technologically astute, comfortable using various software and technology systems.
- Works well in a multicultural environment and promotes diversity and equality.
- Excellent communication skills;
English primary, multilingual skills welcomed. - Strong organisational and leadership qualities, calm under pressure.
- Adaptability, creativity, positivity.
- Resilience and ability to navigate unexpected situations.
- Capable of extended periods of standing and repetitive movements, reasonable adjustments offered.
- Flexible availability to accommodate 24/7 facilities and religious/festive breaks.
