This role is an 8
month Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover.
- Respond and take ownership of our customers’ orders and deliver inspirational customer service.
- Answer customer enquiries relating to our products and services, in a way that reinforces the benefits of being a customer of Etex Building Performance.
- Undertake additional customer related activities as reasonably requested by your Manager.
- Be the key contact for customers and external sales team by proactively managing all aspects of the customer ordering process end to end.
- Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when undertaking order processing.
- Professional telephone manner plus ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
