Customer Service Assistant

What You’ll Do- Customer Service
- Create a “home away from home” community for students.
- Plan social events and deliver memorable check‑in/check‑out experiences.
- Handle complaints with care, ensuring student support.
- Drive high customer satisfaction scores.
- Sales and Revenue
- Help meet city revenue and sales targets.
- Monitor local trends and competition.
- Achieve sales targets and boost re‑booking.
- Balance financial performance with customer happiness.
- Sustainability and Community
- Engage in local volunteer days and charity efforts.
- Promote recycling, energy‑saving, and eco‑friendly practices.
- Advocate for positive social and environmental change.
- Facilities Management
- Ensure building safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Promote a positive safety culture and handle emergencies.
- Maintain current training, prioritising health and safety.
- Experience in PBSA, hospitality or similar field.
- Proven background in customer service, compliance, and sales.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Enthusiasm for fostering community and driving results.
- Fast‑paced, dynamic role with flexible hours (weekends/evenings).
