Join an exciting new wellness studio launching in Bristol as a part-time social media manager and website designer. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for wellness, branding, and digital engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive pre-launch and launch campaign to build brand awareness, generate demand, and grow a founding member waitlist.
The focus will be on engaging a target audience of professionals, gym-goers, and wellness-minded individuals through Instagram, and potentially Tik Tok and Linked In. The content strategy should reflect Nordic minimalism, foster community, and maintain a calm, science-backed tone of voice.
- Develop and implement a pre-launch and launch social media campaign tailored to the wellness sector.
- Create and schedule 3–5 posts, 3–5 stories, and 2–3 reels per week across key platforms.
- Write compelling captions and manage community engagement, including responding to comments and messages.
- Design and maintain a GoDaddy website, ensuring seamless user experience and alignment with brand aesthetics.
- Execute hashtag and SEO strategies to maximize reach and visibility.
- Produce educational content that teases the launch, educates the audience, and drives early signups.
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Proven experience in social media management and website design, preferably within the wellness or lifestyle sector.
- Proficiency with Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and GoDaddy website builder.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content.
- Deep understanding of hashtag strategy, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to create visually appealing content that reflects Nordic minimal branding.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaign phases.
- Strong communication and community management abilities.
- Availability for part-time, contract-based work, with flexibility to adapt to campaign needs.
- Based in or familiar with the Bristol area is a plus.
