We’re The Content Emporium – a fast-paced content-first agency creating high-impact work for some of the UK’s biggest brands. We’re looking for a Social Media Traffic Manager to help bring structure, calm and clarity to our dynamic and growing social media team.

This is a key new role to help us manage the complexity of content workflows, community management and social media processes across 30 UK shopping centres and other exciting client projects.

You’ll report into our Head of Content, and work alongside a large team of content creators and community managers, and a brilliant bunch of creatives, strategists and planners.

You’ll be at the heart of making everything run smoothly, helping us maintain high standards and an efficient, way of working that delivers brilliant results for our clients.

Job Description 1. Content Workflow Management
  • Ensure a smooth flow of work through the social department, from content planning through to client sign-off and publishing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track progress, chase approvals and flag any potential delays.
  • Help the team stay on top of deadlines and ensure content is being delivered in line with social calendars / schedules.
  • Assist with quality control and content formatting before publishing, where needed.
2. Content Shoot Planning & Coordination
  • Organise content creation days across the UK, including booking travel and accommodation for team members.
  • Coordinate shoot schedules, equipment needs and client liaisons to ensure days run effectively.
  • Maintain clear documentation of plans and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track shoot outputs to ensure all required content is captured and logged.
3. Team Scheduling & Support
  • Create and maintain rotas for community management and other recurring social tasks.
  • Support with the planning of team workload to ensure fair distribution and smooth delivery.
  • Be a point of contact for troubleshooting day-to-day operational queries from the social team.
  • Help with onboarding freelancers or new starters into our processes and tools.
4. Publishing Support
  • Assist with the publishing of Stories and Reels across client Instagram accounts as required.
  • Use Sprout Social and Tik Tok to help schedule, track and manage social media content.
  • Liaise with clients when needed for final content approvals or clarification.
  • Troubleshoot publishing issues and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.
5. Social Setup & Process Improvement
  • Support with setting up new client accounts and ensuring the right access and brand materials are in place.
  • Help refine and document social media team processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the workflow and make practical recommendations.
  • Keep internal platforms and file management systems up to date.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Social Lead, Creative Social Lead, Campaigns Social Lead, Social Entertainment Lead and Head of Social to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate with other departments (client success, editorial, design, CRM) to ensure cross-team collaboration.
  • Represent the social production function confidently in meetings or client calls when required.
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude and contribute to a supportive, energetic team culture.
