Are you ready to challenge how an entire industry tells its story?

IBRAN® & Poly Brick® are pioneering the future of sustainable construction with game-changing recycled plastic products. We’re looking for a talented freelance videographer to help us showcase the incredible work our trade customers are doing with our innovative gravel grids, drainage systems, and building blocks.

• Capturing high‑quality video content at construction sites, trade shows, and customer locations across the UK
• Filming trade professionals using our products in real‑world applications
• Creating multiple content formats for different platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In)
• Producing both short‑form social content and longer educational videos
• Working closely with our team to bring strategic content briefs to life

Essential:

• Proven videography experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency with professional cameras and mobile filming
• Expert video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Experience creating content for multiple social media platforms
• Own professional equipment and transport
• Comfortable working on active construction sites

Bonus Points:

• Experience with B2B or construction industry content
• Knowledge of sustainable/environmental messaging
• Drone operation certification
• Understanding of trade/industrial audiences

• Work with innovative, award‑winning sustainable products that are genuinely changing the industry
• Collaborate with passionate tradespeople who are excited to share their stories
• Creative freedom to develop engaging content in a traditionally “boring” sector
• Flexible freelance arrangement with potential for ongoing partnership
• Opportunity to build a portfolio in the rapidly growing sustainability space

• Rate: £300‑500 per shoot day (depending on experience)
• Frequency: 2‑4 shoots per month initially
• Locations: Across the UK (travel expenses covered)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Ongoing project basis with potential for long‑term partnership
