BBC Studios Gardeners' World is the UK’s best‑loved, most‑respected gardening programme on TV. It is a flagship BBC Two series that attracts millions of viewers per episode, produced by BBC Studios in Bristol. The show films across the UK and at our Longmeadow location, and is supported by a large production management team.

This full‑time role focuses exclusively on managing post‑production paperwork and clearances, supporting sustainability initiatives, and ensuring compliance with copyright, archive, and Albert certification requirements. The position is based in Bristol with a minimum of three days per week in the Bridgewater House office and runs from 6 February to 30 October 2026.

• Manage all post‑production paperwork and clearances for Gardeners' World.
• Complete all broadcaster paperwork deliverables accurately and on time.
• Ensure productions meet Albert certification and copyright requirements.
• Implement Green Memo and other sustainability initiatives across production.
• Track complex sustainability data and compile reports for sustainability tracking.
• Work independently while escalating issues or seeking guidance as needed.

• Proven experience in post‑production paperwork, including experience with Silverbrow.
• Knowledge of archive and copyright clearances.
• Experience ensuring productions meet Albert certification requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Experience driving sustainability initiatives and improvements across production.
