Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor for a rewarding career journey. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, excellent customer service, and knowledge of best practice across projects.

Role Responsibilities
  • Ensure business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances.
  • Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
  • Comply with established procurement, commercial and contractual strategies.
  • Adhere to Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
Candidate Profile Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline.
  • MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body.
Experience
  • Strong technical delivery experience.
  • Good knowledge of JCT Contracts.
  • Track record in project management from inception to completion.
  • Evidence of working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Previously employed by a consultancy.
  • Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
Behaviours
  • Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
  • Excellent specification writing skills.
  • Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery.
  • Able to build long‑term relationships.
