We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of a wide range of groundworks and civil engineering projects.

You’ll play a key role in managing the commercial functions across foundations, drainage, infrastructure works, earthworks, external works and other civils packages. This position suits someone with a strong technical understanding of the civils sector and the confidence to work closely with operational teams on site.

• Cost planning, measurement, and budget control on groundworks & civil engineering projects.
• Managing procurement and subcontract packages.
• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Ensuring accurate cost reporting and forecasting.
• Providing commercial and contractual support to project & site teams.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.

• Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS within groundworks or civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of all commercial elements.
• Confident communicator, both on site and with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, solution‑driven approach.
