Senior Estimator – Build Housing

Kitson Associates are pleased to be EXCLUSIVELY working with a leading house builder who are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their small Bristol team. This role will involve some travel throughout the region.

• The Estimator will set, agree, review and deliver targets, along with producing accurate and timely reports for the business
• Identify, escalate and manage any commercial issues
• Responsible for the preparation of cost plans for both the appraisal of development opportunities and land acquisition itself.
• Work closely with both internal and external customers
• Ensure that all estimating work required to deliver the budget is completed accurately

• 5 years Estimating experience working for a house builder
• Confident in building relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Solutions focused and work in a straightforward way to ensure the commercial team meets its targets.

RICS and a surveying degree or HND
