A well-established RICS-regulated firm is seeking a Building Surveyor & Registered Valuer to manage various valuation and survey responsibilities. The successful candidate will generate fee income through RICS Home Surveys and bespoke valuations, and must have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. A competitive salary of circa £50k - £60k is offered, along with additional benefits like a car allowance and home-based working options.
