Quantity Surveyor We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based in Bristol. The business operates out of several regional offices across the country, undertaking projects across the commercial, education, healthcare and residential sectors valuing typically up to £15mil. About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be either responsible for your own smaller scale projects or working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on complex schemes. You will be involved in the projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:
Manage sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client Deal with final accounts Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:
Have a HNC / construction related degree Have administered JCT forms of contract Must have the full right to work in the UK Must live within commutable distance to Bristol In return you will receive:
