Madigan Gill is working with a well‑established construction company delivering high‑quality projects across Residential and commercial sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Managing subcontractor procurement and contract administration
• Valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Risk management and value engineering
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Attending site meetings and progress reviews

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Strong IT skills (Excel, cost management software, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Membership or working towards membership of RICS desirable but not essential
