The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a growing regional contractor delivering a range of construction projects across the Bristol area and wider South West.

This role offers the chance to take full site responsibility on projects and be part of a business known for quality delivery, repeat clients and a strong team culture.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

* Managing day-to-day site operations from start to completion.

* Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.

* Managing programme, quality and site logistics.

* Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations.

* Liaising with clients, consultants and senior management.

* Managing site reporting and progress updates.

* Overseeing inspections, snagging and handover.

* Maintaining build quality and programme delivery.

About You

* Experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager.

* Background working for a main or regional contractor.

* Experience delivering construction projects independently.

* Strong leadership and organisational skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.

* Driven, professional and quality focused.
