Senior Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen with an independent consultancy operating across the commercial office, industrial and higher education sectors, supporting repeat clients on complex and high-value schemes. They're seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of key projects and mentor junior team members.

The Role

• Leading cost management services on multiple projects

• Advising clients on procurement strategies and risk

• Managing junior surveyors and reviewing outputs

• Attending client meetings and representing the business

• Supporting business growth through excellent service delivery

About You

• Strong background in consultancy-led quantity surveying

• MRICS qualified

• Comfortable running projects independently

• Experience in commercial or education projects desirable but not essential
