Over 30 years of construction experience Private & public sector delivery Education, healthcare, residential & commercial sectors Transparent digital reporting via Procore High levels of repeat business The role We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team across a diverse range of projects.

Key responsibilities Assist with measurement, take-offs, and preparation of bills of quantities Support in the preparation of tenders, valuations, and variations Help manage project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting via Procore Support senior QSs and Estimators with day-to-day duties About you Recently graduated or studying Quantity Surveying (or related discipline) Some industry experience (placement or entry-level role) preferred but not essential Strong numerical and analytical skills Good communication skills and willingness to learn Competent with Microsoft Excel;
