A well-established construction firm based in Bristol is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage projects valued between £10k and £2m. The successful candidate will oversee financial aspects, ensuring compliance with contract terms and budget constraints. Key responsibilities include developing cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 2 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction.
A company vehicle will be provided for site visits.
