As a Quantity Surveyor at Raise Projects, you’ll play a key role in driving the commercial success of diverse, high‑profile projects while maintaining the company’s hallmark quality and attention to detail. Working closely with Ryan primarily, and the wider delivery team, you will:

• Prepare and analyse cost plans and tender documentation
• Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and valuations
• Conduct monthly cost and value reviews and oversee project cash flow
• Negotiate with clients and supply‑chain partners
• Provide commercial advice and insight throughout project life cycles

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• RICS membership (or working toward APC)
• Demonstrable experience within main contracting or construction management
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
