Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager to oversee on-site operations for a live public sector project. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in healthcare or hospital construction environments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor site activities in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate teams and subcontractors to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Review and approve RAMS/SSOW and ensure adherence to required standards.
• Monitor costs, quality, and progress; report regularly.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in construction site management, ideally in live public sector environments (e.g., hospitals or healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.

Contract Details:

• Day Rate: Starting from £300 per day (dependent on experience).
• Duration: Initial 6 months.
• Start: Within 2-3 weeks.
