We are recruiting a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a forward-thinking and nurturing early years setting in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and early education in a warm, supportive environment. This Nursery Practitioner role is open to Level 2 or Level 3 qualified professionals and offers flexibility, with full-time or part-time hours available, working 27–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

* Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing

* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

* The Nursery Practitioner will support daily routines, learning experiences, and play-based activities while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

Requirements

* To be successful as a Nursery Practitioner, you will have:

* A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

* A good understanding of the EYFS framework

* A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to work
