We are looking for a caring and dedicated person to join our fantastic team and help us ignite children’s curiosity and ensure every child thrives. You’ll play a crucial role in helping children meet developmental milestones through engaging activities. You’ll collaborate with the team to provide activities that inspire creativity in the children under your care.
Each of our nurseries and preschools are unique and designed to meet the needs of each child. Meadowside Preschool is on the West Leigh Infant Primary School site in Backwell and has its own outdoor space and direct access to the school playing fields. This gives children ample opportunities to explore and learn, through a Play-based, Child Led curriculum which focuses upon being outdoors.
Responsibilities- This post is for a designated 1:1 member of staff supporting individual children within the setting who need SEN support.
- While you are responsible for working on a 1:1 basis with specific children, you will at times also be required to work as part of a team and with other children in the environment, supporting the staff team where required.
- Contract details: 12 month contract, but could end sooner depending on funding. The role is for 24 hours a week over 4 days, Term Time only.
