• Building strong relationships with children, families, and your dedicated staff team.
• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, staff development, and ensuring the nursery runs smoothly.

• A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare/Early Years.
• Previous management or strong leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Great knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
• A confident leader who is organised, proactive, and always puts children first.
• Above all – someone who lives and breathes early years and loves making a difference.
