• Manage the current supply chain, keeping it up-to-date, relevant, and fit for purpose, expanding it where necessary to include new subcontractors and suppliers for specific projects or requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Define, develop and manage a consistent supplier relationship management strategy.
• Ensure strategic procurement around sustainability.
• Monitor business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
• Improve end-to-end performance and delivery.
• Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company.
• Drive continuous improvement strategies.
• Strategically allocate suppliers and contractors to key projects.
• Utilise and cultivate internal relationships with all stakeholders.
• Review data and implement an improvement plan.
• Define and maintain supplier performance.
• Implement Key Performance Indicators.
