Preclinical CRO – Oncology & Mouse Models

We are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead commercial strategy and revenue growth for a preclinical CRO focused on mouse models and cancer biology
. This executive level role is responsible for setting go to market direction, building strategic partnerships, and scaling a high performing business development function.

• Own and execute the company’s business development and revenue growth strategy.
• Serve as a senior commercial leader and external representative to biotech, pharma, and academic partners.
• Build, mentor, and lead the business development team, establishing scalable processes and performance metrics.
• Drive high value, complex service agreements from initial engagement through close.
• Partner closely with scientific and executive leadership to align commercial strategy with in vivo and oncology capabilities.
• Provide market insight to guide service expansion and strategic initiatives.

• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in a CRO, biotech, or life sciences services environment.
• Strong understanding of preclinical oncology
  , including mouse models and cancer biology.
• Proven track record of closing complex, high value deals and building long term client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence at the executive level, and scale commercial operations.
• Advanced life sciences degree (PhD, MD, or MS) preferred.
