About J

J is a bright, creative and thoughtful 22‑year‑old with a warm, gentle personality. He has a great sense of humour, is a deep thinker, and cares strongly about fairness, equality, and compassion. J is exceptionally creative – he loves art, illustration, and digital graphic design, and enjoys working on his own visual projects. Music is also a big part of his life, both listening and making music, which helps him relax and focus.

J enjoys cooking (especially Korean dishes), bouldering, off‑road mountain biking, and spending time outdoors. He also experiences dysgraphia and executive‑function challenges, so instructions often need to be repeated and broken into clear steps. He thrives with calm, patient, supportive people who understand neurodiversity and can help him turn ideas into practical actions.

About the role

This role supports both J’s daily routines and a significant portion of administrative work currently handled by his mother (LPA). In the first year, the PA will execute most admin tasks, with the long‑term goal of gradually teaching J how to manage parts of this independently. The role requires emotional maturity, consistency, patience, and a strong understanding of autism and ADHD.
