Role Description

The Delegate Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential event participants from relevant industries. Daily responsibilities include conducting research to identify target delegates, reaching out through various communication channels, managing and updating the delegate database, and fostering strong relationships with prospects. The role also includes working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of events and participant satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong research and market analysis skills to identify prospective delegates and understand their business needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, database management, and other relevant software.
  • Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in event management, B2B sales, or delegate acquisition is desirable, but not essential.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
