Job Description & How to Apply Below
We’ve partnered with a growing Bristol-based business to recruit a Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join their friendly and small team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role with genuine flexibility. The position is offered as three days per week, but the company is very open to flexible working patterns, including school-friendly hours or adjusted days to suit the right person.
If you’re looking for a role where you can contribute to a small team, enjoy variety in your day, and build strong relationships with customers, this could be a perfect fit.
Even better - the role is available immediately, and the company is ready to schedule interviews quickly for suitable candidates.
The Role:
This is a hands-on, varied position that sits at the centre of the sales and customer support function. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure enquiries and orders are handled smoothly while also supporting stock, warehouse coordination, and day-to-day operations.
Because the team is small, this role would suit someone who enjoys being an all-rounder and taking ownership of tasks that help keep things running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your day will be a mix of customer service, coordination, and practical support, including:
* Responding to customer enquiries about products, pricing, availability and delivery
* Preparing quotes and sourcing pricing information from suppliers
* Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
* Processing orders from entry through to dispatch and invoicing
* Generating and issuing invoices accurately
* Supporting the returns process and stock control
* Raising purchase orders with suppliers to maintain stock levels
* Assisting with stock checks and periodic stock takes
* Coordinating with internal team members to resolve order or delivery queries
* Supporting with goods receipting and occasional picking/packing of orders
* Helping maintain accurate records and order tracking
Who This Role Would Suit:
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a practical environment with a mix of people interaction and organisation.
Candidates with experience in the following environments would likely transition well:
* Depot or warehouse offices
* Trade counters or builders’ merchants
* Electrical, plumbing, or construction supply environments
* Customer service or sales support roles
The ideal candidate will be:
* Customer-focused and friendly
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
* Proactive and happy to take initiative
* Positive, adaptable, and able to support a busy small team
Why This Role Stands Out:
✨ Real flexibility – working days and hours can be adjusted to suit the right person
✨ School-friendly hours possible
✨ Supportive small team environment
✨ Varied
