This role carries voting rights, so our people have a very real say in the future direction and operation of our business.

Working within an established team of Building Surveyors providing technical support for existing clients and developing new clients in the region. Types of work will include the following:

• Contract administration
• Building surveys
• Dilapidations
• Party wall matters
• Planned maintenance schedules
• Reinstatement-cost assessments

Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
