Lead Product Manager

ADP is hiring a Product Manager, Payroll Experience to join the mid‑market HCM product team.

As part of urlencode the team, you’ll be responsible for re‑imagining the payroll user experience leveraging advanced technologies to shape our future, elevate client experience, boost productivity and meet the needs of the next generation of users. You will have a strong understanding of payroll solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful product life cycles.

In this role you will:

• Lead the end to end product strategy and delivery for the payroll experience across employee, manager and practitioner personas
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs and market dynamics to build intuitive, consumer‑grade experiences that resonate with a multi‑generational workforce
• Create and manage the Payroll Experience productaries ensures clearly defined outcomes that balance эрх goals and business objectives
• Champion the enablement of new technologies including AI within the payroll process to anticipate user needs, drive proactive experiences and deliver personalization to reduce complexity and empower users with control and confidence

To thrive in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple team’s efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve. You’ve worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles

Obviously you have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders.

• Roadmaps:
