We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our fast-paced chilled food manufacturing operation in Bristol. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant running of the warehouse during night operations.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Nights)

Shift Pattern: 18:00 - 06:00 4on 4off D shift

Location: Unit 4, Bristol Distribution Park, Hawkley Drive, Woodlands Road, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS320BF

Salary: £36,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a night‑shift warehouse team to meet production and dispatch targets
  • Ensure all goods are handled, stored, and dispatched in line with chilled food and hygiene standards
  • Maintain accurate stock control, inventory records, and system updates
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and quality standards (BRC, HACCP, etc.)
  • Manage labour planning, shift handovers, and performance monitoring
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating where necessary
  • Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and team performance
About You
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, ideally within chilled or food manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of temperature‑controlled environments and food safety regulations
  • Confident people manager with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Competent in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work permanent night shifts
