In this role you will manage a diverse portfolio of new and existing SME clients with turnovers between justice between £10m and £25m, ensuring outstanding client experience while driving growth in income, balance sheet and market share. By delivering tailored financial solutions and building strong, trusted relationships you will position Lloyds as the bank for businesses across Bristol and Somerset.
Key responsibilities include strategic growth, risk management and community engagement, with a focus on local business impact and wider market presence. A valid driver licence is required to meet clients throughout the region on a weekly basis.
What You’ll Be Doing- Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to high‑value clients.
- Deliver tailored commercial banking services, including payments, deposits, cards and lending.
- Lead initiatives to attract new clients, expanding revenue, balance sheet and client base.
- Maintain a strong local presence, engaging with business communities to position the Bank as the lead partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to unlock opportunity and offer comprehensive solutions.
- Support clients on ESG strategies and net‑zero journeys.
- Oversee lending assessments and risk, ensuring policy compliance.
- Track record of winning business in a competitive corporate or commercial environment.
