Based in Bristol, you will lead a high-impact group of Supply Officers, directly influencing the manufacturing schedules of the world’s leading aircraft.###

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
** Operational Leadership & Escalation Management
*** Act as the primary point of escalation for both internal customers and suppliers to resolve critical delivery issues.
* Summarize and present operational status and critical escalations to PIEO management.
* Validate team working hours and vacation schedules under delegated authority from the Head of Department.
** Process Excellence & Performance Strategy
*** Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline supply management activities.
* Prepare specific operational instructions and drumbeat group routines to ensure progress and effectiveness.
* Support the transformation of team processes to enhance agility and operational resilience.
** Team Development & Resource Coordination
*** Display active leadership and coaching behaviors to mentor Supply Officers and contribute to employee training.
* Assist the Head of Department in resource deployment, workload balancing, and the recruitment of new team members.
* Approve manual orders and price changes for repair Purchase Orders (UK only).### ###
** ABOUT YOU
**** Supply Chain & Technical Expertise
*** A relevant degree in Supply Chain or Quality, or equivalent professional experience.
* Solid experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, or General Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
** Digital & Analytical Proficiency
*** Strong proficiency in digital tools and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
* Ability to work with complex data sets to assist in performance status reporting and trend analysis.
* Eagerness to adopt new digital tools and support the implementation of automated processes.
** Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management
*** Proven ability to lead, coach, and facilitate communication across all levels of a global business.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate fast-changing environments autonomously.
